This 2 bedroom villa is situated in the area of Playa De Las Americas (San Eugenio) and is only a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of the resort with all amenities. The newly built Siam park is only a couples minutes walk and the Aqua park is a little further. There are plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks etc all nearby to the property. The Sandy beach and Puerto Colon is also just a 10/15 minute walk away. This area is very popular due to being quite central.
