Villa was nothing short of amazing. Its cleanliness, attention to detail, abundance of amenities and an amazing outdoor space. It was perfect. This villa has it all. Great location too. Kind and friendly staff to greet us when arriving to show us round.

The villa was perfect home from home very spacious everything was there to make a perfect holiday close to the san blas centre for great restaurants shops etc Only slight negative that the pizza restaurant has closed down at the top of the complex and also the pool bar has since closed down aswell but this wouldn’t stop us from returning again

TheVilla Blanca is the perfect place to be. Right on the water, listening to the waves crashing at night as you fall asleep. Spacious, 5 bedrooms and lots of room outside. Close to town, so you can walk to the cafe or restaurants. For large groups, the perfect hideaway

We had another friends and family get together in beautiful Tenerife. This year, the weather was perfect, no Calima! The view from the Villa Blanca is amazing and watching and listening to the waves mesmerizing. It’s private, and one can spread out. Yet, it’s only minutes from the town and its restaurants and shops. Truly a wonderful experience.

We stayed here for a week in mid august 5 adults ,i have to say the host suzie was extremily helpful and very contactable even tho she had some personal tragedy while we were there ,the place was spotless clean and the pool was lovely i would give it ten out of ten except the wifi was non existant but other than that 9/10 i would definatly stay again . Perfect for our needs, and Nick was very responsive to any questions we had. Excellent pool area and several different seating areas outside if you wanted some peace & quiet. All bedrooms were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Definitely need a car as it’s a 5 minute drive up into the mountains off the main TF-1. We were a group of 8 (5 adults & 3 kids) and would most certainly return again when visiting Tenerife.

Just come home from a weeks stay lovely apartment, exactly what the pictures show. The aircon was fabulous The location is Perfect walking distance to loads of bars & restaurants & a supermarket across the road & also super close to the beach. The only negative & the only reason we wont return is there is no access to any sun loungers by the communal pool such a shame as it was hard ground so couldnt sit on a towel all day to sunbathe. There are 3 sun loungers in the front garden with the hottub but we had 6 adults so not enough & preferred the pool area.

Fantastic Family Stay at Coral Compostela Beach Villa

We recently stayed in a four-bedroom private villa at the Coral Compostela Beach Resort in Playa de las Américas as a family of six, and it had virtually everything we could have needed for a brilliant holiday.
Location & Resort Access
The location is second to none, right in the center of everything, yet offering fantastic privacy. The back gate of the resort opens directly out toward the beach, just about a hundred yards from the villa’s doorstep. We ended up skipping the resort pool entirely, as it was quite overcrowded with the usual morning “sunbed wars.” Having our own private garden made all the difference, we spent our days either heading straight to the beach or relaxing on the sunbeds in our own private outdoor space.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep. Thecwardrobes had new drawer sets fitted inside. Only thing I could say negatitive was that my husband did find a couple of large coackroaches inside the drawers in the wardrobe in the main double bedroom on the first floor but that could happen anywhere in Spain. He quickly got rid of them and we had no more.
All of the bathrooms have been newly renovated and were in excellent condition.
Living & Amenities: The villa was spacious and well-equipped with Wi-Fi and a dishwasher and washing machine. A small update like adding a Nespresso coffee machine, an air fryer, or giving the living area sofas a deep clean every few months would elevate it even further, but these were minor details in an otherwise wonderful stay.
Garden Area: The back garden is a brilliant sunbathing spot. While the outdoor furniture is a bit mismatched and could benefit from a modern update, it served its purpose well for relaxing in the sun. I did think a little outdoor shower would have been heaven and is probably something easy to hook up (just a suggestion).

A fantastic, spacious option for families looking for comfort, convenience, and direct beach access without the hassle of busy resort pool areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

We were a 3 generation family and found this property excellent for our needs. There was so much room that all members of the family felt so comfortable. The pool terrace was the favourite area, offering lots of furniture and shade. The grandchildren loved the heated pool, which was a good size for them.

Catered for everything with happiness and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely welcome and response to our querery of local ‘things to do’, ‘restaurant, and taxi bookings. Could not get any better. What an amazing little spot perfect for a relaxing break we just finished 3 weeks here and loved it. Plenty of restaurants to eat at,the communal pool was beautiful we were lucky enough that the time we visited was fairly quiet. Other areas close enough to explore, transport was easy. The pool was great for two children aged 3 and 5 – and adults too, and the villa is at the very end of a development of about 50 villas so it’s quieter than some. For the price, I wasn’t expecting it to be great, so I wasn’t disappointed! One clue is in the description, “This villa has had a refurbishment in December 2017”, so nearly 10 years of rentals later it is starting to show its age. There is no air-conditioning, just fans, so with temperatures around 30C in the summer it can be uncomfortable. Although we were told that we must use the expensive alarm system, it didn’t work, almost certainly because the battery in the controller was dead. When I asked the manager about this she didn’t seem interested in sorting it; she promised to WhatsApp me a manual code, but I’m still waiting for it. The property description says that two bedrooms have king-size beds. This is incorrect. One does, but the other has an old 4ft 6in standard double which has seen better days and squeaks with even the smallest movement. The manager told me it had been there at least 7 years.

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa as a family of six. It is a lovely roomy villa with a nice garden and outside dining area. The pools are lovely and we could always get sun loungers. The resort is small but plenty of choice for places to eat and drink. There is a bus stop at the entrance to fairway village that we used to get buses to los cristianos and playas America. Nothing negative to say had a lovely family holiday.

As a family, we had a really lovely week. The swimming pool, which is incredibly well organised and maintained, is a 3-minute walk away in the same neighbourhood. There are also many restaurants, shops and a supermarket less than a 5-minute walk away. There’s great entertainment there in the evening. In the other direction, you also have a nice little boulevard with lots of restaurants, just a 10-minute walk away. The host is super easy to reach. We encountered a small problem with the air conditioning, which was handled excellently and resolved first thing the next day. All in all, we had a very good experience!

This is probably about the 15th time we’ve stayed here. We Love it. The location and the pool make it for us. Did 17 days this year so had a fabulous totally relaxing holiday. Hope to see you next year. Dates were 22nd July – 7th August.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the location is a lot quieter than what I would usually go for and I loved it, the whole vills is spacious and very pretty I really liked the outside space with all the colourful plants and trees lovely to relax in the evening. The villa had everything we needed, the children loved the poolOverall very clean and tidy and the host couldnt do enough to help.

We had a lovely time at the villa. The highlight for us was the infinity pool which served us well. The balcony views also provided ample star gazing opportunities. The property was clean and easy to find with only a short drive to the beach.

Our two week stay at Villa Katrina was great, the property had all amenities you could want for your stay, the villa was spacious and clean. Clean bedding/towels and pool towels were provided and the option of clean linen, towels were offered midway through our stay. The outside space and pool was clean along with plenty of seating options with a sea view. A five minute walk to the local town provided gift shops, restaurants, local food shops, taxi rank, bus stop and the beach. I would definitely stay at Villa Katrina again.

Few minutes walk and you have everything you need locally .Beautiful area with everything you need. Anthony is so responsive and so much fun! We wanted him to join our holiday !! Great apartment in a fabulous location. Everything we needed for a 9 night stay, for 5. Loads of space inside , with the biggest terrace kitted out with sun loungers, sofas and a table. Pool area is clean and quiet (Walter will show you where it is!) 5 mins from beach, parking space ( get a small car! ), market & shopping center. 15mins to main restaurants and bars, 25 mins to port. Highly recommend for those who like to go out or stay in.

This was our first time in Tenerife and have spent 10 days at villa Estrella. The villa was fantastic and close to the local shops and restaurant’s. Suzi was very helpful and helped us get settled in. When we go back to Tenerife will definitely be booking a villa with Tenerife Villas again.

Fausto’s villa is a great place to stay with friends or family. The house is big enough for everyone to feel comfortable and well equipped. The view on the coast is absolutely stunning and it was a pleasure to enjoy the beautiful terrasse, deckchairs and barbecue.

The area was nice and quiet – not a party zone and had to be quiet after dark as locals lived nearby but wasnt an issue for us at all. We had a really enjoyable stay at the villa! Everything was exactly as described and as shown in the photos, and everything was clean and tidy. The owner had left a welcome pack with food and drink, which was really nice as we arrived around dinnertime. What’s more, there were toys outside, so the children had something to do as soon as they arrived and the adults could unpack their suitcases in peace. It was a wonderfully peaceful area, but within a 10-minute walk, we found the first restaurants and a small supermarket, and a larger town centre was just a half-hour walk away. Callao Salvaje is also conveniently located for a range of activities.

The pool was the highlight of the villa for us and was clean. Beds were comfy and big, AC worked well, lots of places to sit. Our group included both children and adults, and the owner went above and beyond to cater to everyone’s needs. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place is simply amazing — very comfortable, clean, and beautifully located. The location is perfect: you can enjoy both stunning sunrises and breathtaking sunsets right from the property, which made our stay even more special. My parents and I stayed for a week in the villa with my 3 children.
The villa is a great space with lots of room and the pool was lovely and warm. The kids spent the entire week in the pool.
The owner very kindly let me stay for a late checkout as no other guests were arriving that day and my flight was departing later than my parents which I was extremely grateful for.
I would definitely recommend.
