Date of stay: March 2026 This villa was a great place for our family to spend time together, good value for money, lovely area and close to amenities. The pool was heated and a warm temperature. The house is Ideal with someone with mobility issues as it’s all on one level. We found everything we would need for our 1 week vacation and appreciated the host helpfulness and being available for any questions which would arise during our stay.
Date of stay: January 2026 Thanks guys for everything! we were a retired group and we get a bit nervous when travelling abroad and following instructions to a foreign address but the trip went smoothly and well organised by Tenerife Villas. Feedback regarding the villa is all positive, good value for money overall. Kitchen is equipped, we had some lovely nights on the terrace, my wife did accidentally smash 2 wine glasses which we replaced, night times are quiet at the property and very peaceful when sleeping, no noise from outside at all. Local area Callao Salvaje has 3 supermarkets, Hiper Dino being the best one. Some cafes, we liked eclipse and three horse shoes bar for watching football and rugby, local public transport is a couple minutes walk from the property and a taxi rank which we used several times. Family holiday for 15! 7 adults, 6 children and 2 babies. We had an absolutely amazing time! Pictures dont do this villa justice! Its absolutely beautiful and HUGE! Much more than we expected! Close enough to a selection of bars/restaurants and shops! Highly recommend & we hope to return in the future!

We stayed in the property for a week in January/early Feb. The villa itself was perfect, clean, enough room for all our 11 guests and the pool was great. Location is ideal and quiet but a car is suggested for easy access. The town itself is a short 10min walk away which has everything and Susie and the owner were more than helpful during our stay. Would defiantly look to come back again in the future.

Villa Las Palmeras was fantastic, this is the first time we had stayed in a villa so we were unsure what to expect, but it exceeded all expectations!!! The garden and pool area are so nice, plenty of room for our family to play football and run around and also lots of sun loungers for us to relax. The villa is very spacious so we weren’t on top of each other, 3 large bedrooms upstairs, 3 smaller rooms downstairs, we also had one annex around the back which was quite secluded but this was perfect for the teenage boys to have their own space. Lovely large balcony spaces, one with a sea and pool view. Fans in every room, kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/crockery for a large group. Short walk down to the local town with shops/restaurants gravel path but we found it ok and plenty of taxis available in town to bring shopping back or go further afield. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property in a perfect location, very close to the town, shops, beach and attractions. Property was clean and tidy, was well equipped and everything we needed to enjoy our family holiday. Suzanne was very helpful and met us at the property when we arrived to explain everything. The small pool at the property was great for the kids.

Amazing spacious apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. The communal pool was great and lots of sun loungers. The apartment is in a great location, we hired electric scooters but everything you need is in walking distance. Weather was hot… we will definitely book this apartment again!

This is a lovely apartment, getting there from the airport was easy and quick. It’s located near a lot of restaurants and shops, with a 5min walk to the sea front. It’s got three great sized rooms, perfect for my partner and I and my two kids. The living area os lovely, huge TV (although it took us a while to work out how to use it as the batteries in one of the many remotes were on the way out). The air con in the main area bring the temperature right down, so it’s comfortable, even when its baking outside. The kitchen is well stocked, worth knowing there is a bean to cup coffee machine if you want to have great coffee. The two bathrooms are lovely, the rain showers are wonderful to use. Good water pressure and temperature. The apartment comes with access to the pool area which is a short walk away. The pool is lovely, the area is clean and it’s perfect for children to mess around and keep cool. This leads me to the balcony area outside the apartment. This is where the hot tub is, which is a real treat. It was great to use and relax in after the children had gone to bed. So in summary, it’s a lovely apartment, with great access to the beach/pool/shops/restaurants.

Fabulous apartment in a good location close to Playa de las Americas with a huge terrace and hot tub. The apartment was spotless with 3 bathrooms including one en-suite. The owners are friendly & beer good! The apartment is on the ground floor so susceptible to creepy crawlies! The complex has a lovely swimming pool accessible through a number of locked gates kept spotlessly clean with plenty of sunbeds & chairs. It has a well equipped kitchen & access to very close to good beaches / marina, excellent bars & restaurants & supermarkets (with cheap Prosecco at euro 2.80). Great outdoor kitchen & . The roof terrace amazing, it is a great apartment for 3 couples or a large family and overall we had a fabulous time in this lovely apartment. We would book again.

Absolutely beautiful home and amazing location. This place far exceeded our expectations, I wanted to move in permanently! Really well appointed, has everything you need to be comfortable for a self catering stay. Lots of space for our family holiday, we loved the outside areas which were great for relaxing at the end of the night or you could regularly find me catching the late afternoon sun on one of the loungers on the roof terrace! Having the hot tub and barbecue was great for the couple of evenings where we didn’t fancy a night out too. Both were in perfect condition and spotless I might add. Everything in this property was so clean, and of high quality, not one fault to find. Lots of clean towels provided and really good quality bedding – and these were changed for new clean ones weekly. If you needed anything cleaning before the changeover though you do have use of the washing machine too and a clothes airer for drying – things dry really quickly on the terrace which gets sun all day and evening. We’ll be looking at this property again when planning our next trip to Tenerife and will recommend here to family and friends, we loved it that much. It had everything we needed including a good sized, clean communal pool which was never busy and we often got it to ourselves – there’s not many places you could say that about staying in peak season August! Very quiet and secure gated complex in a fantastic location for all the beaches, right in the middle of PDLA and Costa Adeje, lots of bars, restaurants and shops right on your doorstep, Spar supermarket minutes away if you turn left out the complex, or massive Mercadona minutes walk if you turn right.

Having been let down badly at last minute by accomodation booked since Oct ’19, Tripadvisor staff stepped in and found this gem at the last minute… Sean was great, making all the arrangements over a day and a half. The property is superb with modern decor providing a bright airy feel. The large terrace is large with ample space to dine outdoors, also accommodating a hot tub which was great in the early Feb evening temparatures. Although it is situated in the heart of town, noise is not an issue and amenities are immediately available just outside the complex. When next in town we’ll be checking the availability of this villa first.

We stayed here over Christmas 2019 and absolutely fell in love with the place. We have been visiting Tenerife for over 10 years and since 2017 it has become a tradition to spend Christmas & New Year out there and we have been searching for a villa that will provide pure comfort and relaxation…well in this villa we found it. It’s in a great location, minutes away from the beach. Shops, bars and restaurants are in reaching distance. The villa is very well kept, modern with comfortable furniture which is hard to find. The hot tub on the terrace was an added luxury and very much needed to cool off in the afternoon sun. We joined many others who stayed in on New Years Eve to watch the fire works, we had a great 360 view from the villas roof terrace. From booking, to arrival to departure everything was effortless. We will definitely be staying again.

The villa was lovely to stay in for a week. The indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and pleasant, the pool was great and the location was convenient. It was a 10 minute Uber to the nearby tourist hotspot, but was in a quiet area with a small town a 10 minute walk away with lots of bakeries, coffee shops, and supermarkets. The property was very private and the kitchen was well-equipped.

This accommodation is in the perfect spot in the resort of Golf de Sur. You sit looking on to well kept gardens with the sea as a background without any noise or pedestrians walking by. The supermarket is a pleasant 2 minute stroll along with all the bars and restaurants you should need for a quiet Sunshine holiday. 2 very good sized bedrooms and 2 excellent bathrooms in an altogether deceptively roomy bungalow. A comfortable living area with a TV that provides everything you should ever need. The communal pool is one of the best I’ve seen with a lovely family friendly lawned area with ample sun loungers and a dedicated lifeguard on duty. It’s all private and keypad entry so very reassuringly safe. I’ll gladly return to this place and area as it’s perfect for the people who want to relax and unwind.

The host was really friendly, responsive and helpful with any questions or requests that we had, villa was situated in a secure and nice neighbourhood, only a short walk to bars & restaruants. Everything detailed and explained to us when we arrived at the Villa was spot on. We really enjoyed our holiday and would not hesitate to recommend it at all. Nice and quiet area and really handy local shop. George’s restaurant is also local and nice food, especially if you didn’t fancy popping into the resort. The property can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in one room, up to 4 children and 2 adults in another and then 3 further double rooms, all with ensuite. Pool was heated and we spent a lot of time in it or around the large outdoor dining area next to it.Finally a big shout out to Dave, our local contact who was always on hand.
