We offer you this stunning villa with private heated pool, situated 250 meters from Siam Park. This villa is all about the beautiful views over the resort and across the ocean to the neighboring islands.  The panoramic scenery from the terrace, dining area & bedroom 3 is simply breathtaking. The huge terrace has many unique features and has been fitted with artificial grass surrounding the large swimming pool. This impressive 3 bedroom property sits in a central location in Las Americas, the shopping center of San Eugenio & Siam Mall are both within a 5-10 minute walk from the villa.

The villa is set on 2 levels, the entrance from the road is via approx 10 steps with the villa itself containing white marble flooring throughout. On the first level you’ll find the kitchen, lounge and dining area has a glass table & white leather chairs overlooking the pool terrace and amazing panoramic views across the resort and of the sea. There are also doors leading to the outside pool terrace & to the separate bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 is located on level 2 which is separate from the main villa. To enter bedroom 3 there is a staircase from the dining area/pool terrace. This fabulous huge bedroom offers outstanding panoramic views of the sea and over the nearby resorts and coastline of Tenerife. This property tops it off with this magnificent bedroom and its many features and decorations with pillars also included in the room. It has an open planned en suite with WC and a sunken bath to chill out and enjoy the views in a particular unique position for a bedroom.

The beautiful large pool terrace has private heated pool with roman style steps and has been fitted with artificial grass. There are plenty of sun loungers available with mattresses and a purpose made BBQ. The terraces provides spectacular sea & mountain views and makes this home a memorable place and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Pool heating is additional £120 per week normally required between October and April.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

There is no landline wifi at this property, however due to the new EU roaming rules you can now use your mobile network free of charge in Tenerife, many previous guests have done this and used a hot spot from their phone as wifi to connect to other devices.

Location

This villa is located in the popular resort of Playa De Las Americas. Recommended for those looking for a central location with everything on your doorstep and car hire is not required. The property is 200 meters up from the Costa Adeje Hospital and meters from the Siam Park, Aqua Land and the new Siam Mall. The San Eugenio shopping centre and strip where you will find all local amenities such as many bars, restaurants, shops etc is only a short walk away from the villa approx 400 meters. It is roughly 1 km to local beaches in Playa De Las Americas and Puerto Colon. The main Las Americas bus station is also only 200 meters away from the villa. This area is very popular due to being quite central.
