The kitchen contains everything you will need to cook and prepare delicious meals including a dining table. In total there are 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a disabled friendly bathroom with walk in shower, also the door has been made bigger for wheelchair access.

The exterior boasts large front and back terraces, both private and fitted with artificial grass. There are two outdoor dining areas either under a shaded pergola or a large parasol, fire up the BBQ and enjoy your meals outside in the sunshine, relax and unwind on the hammock or soak up the sun on one of the many sun loungers and perhaps a game of ping pong? Enjoy this activity on the terrace. The back terrace includes direct access onto the communal pool area with sun loungers.

Location

Costa Del Silencio is a peaceful resort located on the south coast of Tenerife, close to Tenerife South airport. The meaning of the name “Costa Del Silencio” means “Coast of Silence” in English and is a perfect representation of the resort. The villa is only 300 meters to many local amenities including bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, late night bars with entertainment and several beaches. There is a small stretch of white sand beach beside the Alborada Ocean Club, here you will also find the Ten Bell natural swimming pool. Alternatively, beaches and harbour of Las Galletas is 1.5 km from the villa. Costa Del Silencio and surrounding areas include some beautiful well known restaurants that people from all over the island travel to dine at.  Car hire is not required when staying at this resort.
