The complex has 2 restaurants (one with a buffet), 2 supermarkets and has easy access beside the complex to the beach of “Playa Las Vistas”. The pool terrace has free sun loungers, parasols, pool tables, table tennis tables, children play area and a pool bar serving food & drink all day. The complex is well maintained making this the perfect destination for both families and couples alike.

Located in central Playa De Las Americas in the safari centre, the heart of the most popular destination in Tenerife. You have all amenities on your doorstep including 160+ stores, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cafes, shops, arcades, casinos, banks and much more. Car hire is certainly not required. Although the complex is in a busy area, it remains remarkably quiet so you will not have to worry about noise levels.

Date of stay: July 2026 Fantastic Family Stay at Coral Compostela Beach Villa Overall Rating: ★★★★☆ (4.5/5) Booked via: Tenerife Villas & Apartments Online We recently stayed in a four-bedroom private villa at the Coral Compostela Beach Resort in Playa de las Américas as a family of six, and it had virtually everything we could have needed for a brilliant holiday. Location & Resort Access The location is second to none, right in the center of everything, yet offering fantastic privacy. The back gate of the resort opens directly out toward the beach, just about a hundred yards from the villa's doorstep. We ended up skipping the resort pool entirely, as it was quite overcrowded with the usual morning "sunbed wars." Having our own private garden made all the difference, we spent our days either heading straight to the beach or relaxing on the sunbeds in our own private outdoor space. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night’s sleep. Thecwardrobes had new drawer sets fitted inside. Only thing I could say negatitive was that my husband did find a couple of large coackroaches inside the drawers in the wardrobe in the main double bedroom on the first floor but that could happen anywhere in Spain. He quickly got rid of them and we had no more. All of the bathrooms have been newly renovated and were in excellent condition. Living & Amenities: The villa was spacious and well-equipped with Wi-Fi and a dishwasher and washing machine. A small update like adding a Nespresso coffee machine, an air fryer, or giving the living area sofas a deep clean every few months would elevate it even further, but these were minor details in an otherwise wonderful stay. Garden Area: The back garden is a brilliant sunbathing spot. While the outdoor furniture is a bit mismatched and could benefit from a modern update, it served its purpose well for relaxing in the sun. I did think a little outdoor shower would have been heaven and is probably something easy to hook up (just a suggestion). Booking Process Booking through Tenerife Villas Online was completely seamless. Communication was clear from start to finish, with detailed arrival instructions and zero hiccups along the way. Verdict A fantastic, spacious option for families looking for comfort, convenience, and direct beach access without the hassle of busy resort pool areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!

The villa was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained with everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. The gardens and pool were perfect for enjoying the sunshine, and the whole complex had a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. The location is very close to the beach, and just a short distance from attractions like Siam Park, vibrant local markets, and plenty of great dining options. It’s the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. A huge thank you to our host, who was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The warm hospitality and local tips made our experience even more special. We would definitely return, but availability seems limited-so book early if you can! This villa is a true gem, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.
Date of stay: November 2025 Great accommodation in a fantastic location, through the nearby exit and you’re straight onto the beach! Everything to hand, shops and restaurants, but not noisy at night. Lots of thoughtful items left for our use in the villa. We had a fantastic stay and hope to be back next year.
