The complex includes a large communal pool, sun loungers with parasols, chill out spots, free private parking and a on-site maintenance man. 

In total there are 7 x one bedroom apartments which have all been refurbished, decorated and equipped to the same standard, upon check-in at reception, the hosts will allocate you to an available apartment. The part time reception also organises excursions and car hire. 

Each apartment includes an open plan living space with kitchen/lounge/dining area. Also, a separate bedroom, bathroom, wifi and a private terrace with sun loungers, patio furniture and sun shade. Portable air conditioning units are available at 5 euros per night. TV channels available from several countries including UK. BBQ supplied upon request. 

Good value for money, ideal for both short or long stays and excellent location only short walk to Rosa Shopping centre.

Location

Also holds its very own beach club/complex which adjoins the beach itself and is fantastic to have on your doorstep. The Hard Rock has become a very popular destination and you are welcome to use some of their facilities, charges may apply. Returning guests have told us they’ve had 1 or 2 great days/evenings spent at the hotel on their feedback to us. The resort of Playa Paraiso does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. Busier areas of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 10 minute drive from the villa.
