Tenerife Villas Online offer this front line homely 1 bedroom apartment located in a central spot next to the brand new Hard Rock Hotel in Playa Paraiso, Tenerife. The fully equipped apartment has a comfortable open planned living space consisting of bright rooms throughout, includes a Spanish decor and tasteful furnishings. In a front line position, the balcony has a pool view and excellent sea views. There are table and chairs and sun loungers for you to relax and take in the stunning scenery.

The balcony also overlooks the Hard Rock beach complex that adjoins the nearby beach itself and is fantastic to have on your doorstep. It includes a huge communal heated lagoon/pool with many sun loungers, a bar, pool bar, restaurant, beach style “bed cabanas” and its very own sandy sunbathing plot that adjoins the beach itself with comfy beds and parasols with a great outlook to the ocean. You have to pay a daily fee to enter the beach complex and use the facilities. However you can enter the actual hotel for free and use their facilities such as the restaurants and bars etc.

This apartment is maintained on a regular basis and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

Although it is seperate from the Hard Rock it is in a very convenient position only 30 or so meters from the beach complex and 150 meters to the nearest beach. Located in upcoming area of Playa Paraiso (Costa Adeje). Only 300 meters to all local amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, hotels etc and an attractive sandy beach with beautiful calm sea. The local area features the brand new Hard Rock Hotel which is positioned in the centre of the resort. The hotel has many facilities such as a few fancy bars and restaurants including a rooftop bar that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The resort of Playa Paraiso does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. Busier areas of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 10 minute drive from the villa.
