Enter via a small ramp into the apartment, straight away you are in the huge lounge/diner/kitchen. The lounge consists of 3  x  3 seater leather sofas. The large TV offers all UK terrestrial channels BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 and much more including childrens TV. There is also a DVD player and video for your use. The dining area has a large table and chairs for 6 persons. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board and everything you could expect and more from your holiday accommodation. There two large sets of pation doors that leads to the large terrace which overlooks the impresive communal heated pool. Into the hallway are the 3 large bedrooms and main bathroom.The outside terrace is large and has table and chairs for 6 guests for outside dining, this terrace overlooks the communal heated pool.

The communal pool is heated during the winter months and is the responsibility of the community. There is also a pool side cafe which serves drinks and snacks. There are pool side sun loungers that can be rented out at 1.50 euros per day.

Location

A pleasant 15 minute walk will take you to the harbour, beaches and an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars. The beaches are clean, safe and sandy. You will find a great choice of shops and bars and the restaurants will appeal to all tastes (Spanish, English, Italian, Chinese, Indian, Sushi, Mongolian and more…) There are many local supermarkets, a Sunday market, English speaking Doctors and a Pharmacy, all within walking distance of the apartment. If you are feeling energetic then a 20 minute walk along the sea front takes you to the lively Playa de las Americas, or if golf is your thing then there are many excellent courses to be found nearby. Locally, there are plenty of places to book boat trips, visit theme parks or enjoy an evening show. You can even change currencies with these tour operators. The beaches are clean, safe and sandy with the added bonus of very few mosquito’s as is the case throughout Los Cristianos. Across the road from the apartment is a taxi rank and a little further is the bus station. Car hire is also available at reasonable rates if you intend to travel on longer journeys.
