Tenerife Villas Online offer this 4 bedroom air conditioned villa for rental with private heated pool in a peaceful part of Los Cristianos. The villa is located over three floors, with the living area on the entrance floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The lower level contains the 1 bedroom apartment.

This Tenerife villa has been beautifully and thoughtfully furnished throughout the owner has embellished his property with a tasteful decor. On the entrance level the property offers a spacious lounge that holds a 42 inch Plasma TV and plenty of comfortable seating available. Also has large patio doors leading out from the lounge onto a terrace that overlooks the pool area – an ideal spot for al-fresco dining. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the required facilities plus dining table.

On the upper level bedroom 1 with en suite has a large balcony that overlooks the swimming pool and has partial sea views. Also on this level are bedrooms 2 & 3 and a family bathroom. All bedrooms are bright and contain either air conditioning or ceiling fans. The lower level holds the 1 bedroom apartment, where you will find a kitchen/diner, lounge and 1 bedroom with en suite.

The villa enjoys its own built in area on a separate terrace. A retractable pergola is provided should you require some shade with comfortable seating areas with sofas. A purpose built BBQ area with dining table for 8. The exterior has a lovely pool area with plenty of space on the terrace with several sets of patio furniture and plenty of sun loungers.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

Villa Critstina is Located on the outskirts of Los Cristianos: 10-15 minutes from the airport, 20 mins walk to Los Cristianos centre and the sandy beach. Las Americas is a 5 minute drive away. There are a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks etc all within a 10 minute walk from the villa. The villa itself is situated in a very quiet residential area and no building work on is going nearby.
