This 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment is well equipped. The property is situated all on one level and has part sea views, its has been tastefully decorated with complimenting furnishings.
The lounge has a 2 and 3 seater sofa for seating 5 guests, it also has a flat screen TV with all British terrestrial channels, sky channels, movies, sports, catch up and much more The lounge offers ceiling fan and has doors leading to its own private sun terrace with 2 sunbeds and sun shade. There is a fold away table and 6chairs which can be used inside or outside. The small American style kitchen is at one end of the lounge and includes oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine plus the normal extras such as kettle, toaster, iron and board etc. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes plus patio doors leading to the sun terrace. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan. The main fully tiled shower room has a large shower cubicle.
This apartment offers free broadband Wifi. The private terrace has two sunbeds and is facing out to sea with part sea views. The large communal pool offers plenty of sun loungers for your free use. The pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks. This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a good standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.
This 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the very popular complex called Paraiso Royale, which is based in the central area of Las Americas and only 400 metres from the beach. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades etc. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet. The pool bar offers a large selection of drinks and snacks plus a pool table. Also there is a number of sun lounger’s for your enjoyment.

Date of stay: November 2024 Just like to convey my absolute delight on the apartment. My wife and I spent a great 8 nights there. The apartment and complex were perfect and we would have no hesitation in using it again.
Date of stay: November 2023 Generally good property. Clean, plenty of kitchen stuff, nice shower, balcony/ patio ok. Got sun from around 10:30 until it set which was lovely. Ceiling fans good, thick curtains kept sun and heat out. Good location.
Date of stay: November 2023 I must say it’s in the heart of las americas but close the gates and it’s like a little holiday village …gated pool area heated pool and lovely little pool bar …the mantinance staff are always sweeping leaves up tidying up the trees keeping it in tip top condition it’s the best place I have stayed in las americas can’t wait for my March holiday there it’s fabulous

Date of stay: May 2019 Location is central you have everything on your doorstep the beach is literally 400 meters away, the apartment is in excellent condition it was spotless when we arrived you have table and chairs outside on the balcony so you can sit out during the day or during the evening the complex has its own pool bar which serves food and the pool was heated so great for our children going swimming, we really enjoyed it and the apartment was perfect for our needs and we recommend to others
Date of stay: October 2018 thanks for having us at your apartment me and my mum stayed here for a getaway the place was just right for us you have everything on your doorstep so was good for her as she strugles with walking. We arrived and all was in good nic the balcony was larger than photos so we sat out with the table and chairs most days in the sun we spent mst of time in apartment it had everythingg, was a lovely holiday.
