The large lounge has a cosy corner suite for seating 5 guests, this room has a 40 inch LCD TV and offers all UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, childrens TV, Premier league football,  films, box sets and catch up etc. The lounge offers 2 ceiling fans and has large patio doors with shutters leading to your own private sun terrace. The American style kitchen is at one end of the lounge where there is seating area for 4 persons.

The modern kitchen includes oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, plus the normal extras such as kettle and toaster etc, the kitchen also has granite work surfaces. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes plus a fully tiled en suite with shower. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and patio doors leading to the private sun terrace. The main fully tiled bathroom has s small bath with shower attachment for those that want to shower.

There is also a utility room with washing machine, sink and iron with board. The private terrace has two sunbeds and two sun recliners plus a very nice shaded pergola with its own table sofa and chairs for the outdoor living. The terrace is close enough to here the waves and is facing out to sea with splendid views. Also this apartment has free fibre optic wifi.

This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a good standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao. 

This accommodation is 400 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a small public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
