Tenerife Villas Online offer you this beautiful apartment situated in Callao Salvaje with stunning sea views. The interior holds white tiled flooring throughout consisting of lush furnishings. The kitchen is open plan to lounge/diner here there is patio doors leading to the terrace. The bedrooms carry a modern decor and the bathrooms have been finished to a high standard. The complex has a communal pool available for you to use.

This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao. 

This accommodation is 400 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
