Villa Rosa has 3 bedrooms and 3 en suites, the villa has been embellished to a high standard throughout.  The villa and terrace is situated all on one level throughout.  The kitchen everything you could expect and more from a holiday villa plus a breakfast bar seating three guests. The comfortable lounge and diner has leather sofas, a beautiful dining table with matching chairs and a 32 inch flat screen TV. All bedrooms are bright, have en suites and includes ceiling fans. Free fibre optic wifi is available.

The electrically private heated pool has stylish roman steps for easy access and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, patio furniture and also a BBQ is there for your enjoyment. There are mountain views from the terrace and this area is also totally private and not over looked. This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

This villa is located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife, just 25km from Tenerife South airport. Car hire is not required when staying at this resort, it offers all that is needed to have an enjoyable holiday. The villa is a 2 minute walk to the centre of Callao Salvaje where you will find all amenities such as an abundance of bars and restaurants, several supermarkets, shops, cafes, a beach, taxi rank, bus stop (with a regular bus service into the major resorts), a bakery, hotels, church, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, children’s mini park, gymnasiums etc.

The resort also offers spa facilities and sport activities with tennis courts, football pitch, padel tennis and pitch & putt. There are some admirable restaurants in the area to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are only a short drive away.
