The major factor with the villa is its front line position and just meters away from the sea. The villa is all one level. The new modern kitchen was fitted April 2016. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater sofas and dining table and chairs that seats 6, you can seat 6 by bringing two chairs from the outside. The lounge offers ceiling fan and two sets of patio doors that lead onto the front terrace. Fibre optic wifi is available.
The spacious outside terrace sits above the sea with magnificent uninterrupted views of the sea and the island of La Gomera. There are two terraces one around the pool with 6 sunbeds and table and chairs which leads to the purpose built BBQ area with again seating for 6 persons. The manager lives close by and is on hand for any matters that may arise.
Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.
This accommodation is 200 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.
Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.

Date of stay: December 2024 Villa Paz is situated in a very quiet area. Close to shops, bars and restaurants with a good choice of cuisine. The villa itself is nice with all what we needed it for. The pool area is lovely and the view amazing. The managers of the Villa were really helpful and sorted out an issue with the pool pumps air locked in a couple of hours. Loved our stay.

Date of stay: September 2024 we stayed in villa Paz in September 2024. it is a lovely villa with an absolutely beautiful view. the villa was very clean and tidy with all mod cons. it is a short walk to the shops, restaurant's, bars and beach. the pool was a good size and relaxing, the sound of the sea lapping against the rocks was blissful. would we return? without a doubt.

Huset er praktisk med tre soverom og to bad, eget basseng og en svært anvendelig uteplass med en spektakulær utsikt. Det er gangavstand til supermarked, bakeri og restauranter. Vi hadde leiebil og det var enkelt å komme seg rundt på attraksjoner som eksempelvis Teide, Aqualand og andre småbyer i nærheten. Alt fungerte fint og vi er svært fornøyde med vårt opphold i Villa Paz.
Date of stay: June 2024 A fantastic place for our family of five, with quite big children (ages 9-14). The house is practical with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, its own pool and a very usable patio with a spectacular view. Supermarket, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance. We had a rental car and it was easy to get around attractions such as Teide, Aqualand and other small towns nearby. Everything worked fine and we are very happy with our stay in Villa Paz.
