The villa is all on one level, with a ramp to the side of the property allowing easy access around to the pool area. This property is wheelchair friendly however we encourage all wheelchair users to contact us before booking to discuss your needs, as one wheelchair user needs can be different from another. As you walk into the villa you have a small WC on your left. Next to the bathroom is a staircase leading to the lower level’s utility room with washing machine and iron with board etc.

Further down the hallway you have the kitchen and lounge/diner. The kitchen area consists of everything you would need in a sophisticated home. The comfortable lounge/diner contains 2 leather 3 seater sofas plus chair and large dining table for 8 guests plus patio doors leading to terrace.All 3 bedrooms have fans, wardrobe space and en suite with bath and shower attachment plus bidet.

The spacious terrace has many pretty features, the huge private heated pool with roman style steps. This property tops it off with its magnificent views from the terrace of the ocean and surrounding landscape. Making this home a memorable place and perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Location

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao. 

This accommodation is 700 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
