Fully equipped for ten guests, this recently built holiday haven boasts an imposing pillared portico leading to the front door. The elegant hallway with galleried landing leads to three spacious bedrooms with fully fitted dressing rooms and en suite bathrooms.

Two of these upstairs bedrooms have large terraces, and the third a balcony all with splendid ocean and mountain views. The ground floor bedroom suite has a terrace leading onto a private garden area with vibrant bougainvillea, palms and other tropical trees and shrubs. A fifth twin-bedded room and marble walled cloakroom can also be found off the hallway.

There is a spacious and fully fitted kitchen including breakfast table, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and all necessary cookware and kitchen implements. There is also a walk-in pantry and a well-equipped laundry room.A stylish and airy sitting room opens onto the dining area with table and seating to comfortably accommodate ten guests. Al fresco dining is a delight on the covered terrace which overlooks the solarium and swimming pool (heated during the winter). The built-in BBQ offers another fun outdoor dining option. Extensive parking alongside the property. £150 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.
