This villa operates similar to a boutique hotel, where an ultra personalised service is the main selling point. The on-site concierges (husband & wife) take pride in creating unique and memorable experiences that feel tailor-made for each guest. We are happy to organise and host any event completely customised to your needs. Groups such as weddings/stag/hen parties are welcome or any group celebrating a special occasion! Excursions such as boat trips, jet skis, water park tickets can all be organised on-site. This villa is very unique compared to others we offer and is meant for those that truly want to sit back, relax and let the hosts handle every detail for you. 

Upon entry to the grounds, you will be truly awe-struck by the wow factor of the villa. Each guest will receive a smart wristband to access the property grounds and bedrooms. The wristbands can be programmed to ensure each guest has a private and secure access to their bedroom.

The property is very spacious both inside and outside, the terrace holds a huge private heated pool with plenty of patio furniture. Designed with a touch of elegance, the outdoors perfectly blends the beautiful gardens with the modern architecture of the property. The roof terrace is the perfect place for the group to gather of an evening to enjoy a BBQ or a meal of your choice catered for by the private chef. The roof terrace boasts sea views and includes a hot tub and pool table for your entertainment. 

This accommodation is not self-catering, a dedicated private chef is part of the main service, which does carry an additional cost. The hosts plan to provide at least one catered evening meal for the entire group approximately every two days. BBQs, buffets, tapas or any cuisine tailored to your needs. Local restaurant recommendations and reservations including takeaway orders can be arranged by the hosts for your convenience.

Soft and alcoholic drinks are purchased on-site, a standard food and drink menu is offered, but groups have the flexibility to design a bespoke menu for their stay. The hosts welcome negotiation on package deals based on your preferences. Please contact us for more info and prices for the standard menus. All inclusive package with drinks and meals included is available an extra charge per night.

The villa holds enough space to host up to 26 guests plus infants! Make sure to bring all your family and friends! 16 guests in bedrooms and we can host an extra 10 guests on sofa beds. The interior is fully equipped, boasts multiple dining areas and plenty of living areas with smart TVs. Most bedrooms hold a nespresso machine, filled mini bars and all bathrooms include complimentary toiletries.

The cooking and preparation of meals for the whole group is handled by the private chef and never by the guest. The purchase of light bites and small snacks from the local supermarket is allowed for self-preparation in the guest only private kitchens. The guest private kitchens are small and are not equipped to cook meals for a large group.

The concierges are friendly, welcoming and purposely go above and beyond to make sure all groups have a memorable holiday. They have hosted many stag and hen groups as well as many families and have witnessed and experienced how groups want to enjoy themselves on holiday, nothing is unusual to them.

In order for them to offer the best possible service, the hosts are required to live on-site, this is the key to their success to manage all aspects including everyday cleaning, otherwise it would not work. They always give groups privacy and they do not stay at the property all the time. The villa is fully private for your group and no other guests will be staying at the property.

Organisation for all catering requirements, events, special occasions and excursions etc will be arranged and confirmed months before check in. A Whatsapp group/Zoom meeting/Phone calls will be organised with the party leaders of your group to finalise. We prefer to arrange this in advance to make sure everything runs smoothly and your stay at Villa Paradise goes as planned.

Location

This villa is situated on the outskirts of Playa Paraiso very close to the Bahia Principe hotel. Within a couple of minutes walk from the villa are several small bars, restaurants and a mini market. It is approx a 15 minute walk to the centre of Playa Paraiso where you will find plenty of more bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, hotels etc and an attractive sandy beach. The local area features the brand new Hard Rock Hotel which is positioned in the centre of the resort. The hotel has many facilities such as a few fancy bars and restaurants including a rooftop bar that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The resort of Playa Paraiso does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. Busier areas of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 10 minute drive from the villa. The man-made beach at the Bahia Principe Hotel is within walking distance.  The unspoilt beach of El Puertito is also only 1 km away.
