This villa operates similar to a boutique hotel where a ultra personalised service is the main selling point. The personalised service is handled by the on-site concierges (husband & wife), they take pride in creating unique, memorable experiences that feel tailor-made for each guest. We are happy to organize and host any event completely customized to your needs. Groups such as weddings/stag/hen parties are welcome or any group celebrating a special occasion! Also we can book you on any local excursions, boat tours etc and obtain water park tickets for your group. This villa is very unique compared to others on our website and is meant for those that truly want to sit back, relax and let your own concierge handle everything for you. 

Upon entry to the grounds you will be truly awe-struck by the wow factor of this place. Entrance to the villa and bedrooms are accessed via wristband, and for extra privacy the wristbands can be programmed so that each guest are the only ones with access to their bedroom.

The property is very spacious both inside and outside, the terrace holds a huge private heated pool with plenty of patio furniture. Designed with a touch of elegance, the outdoors perfectly blends the beautiful gardens with the modern architecture of the property. The roof terrace is the perfect place to gather the group for an evening and enjoy a BBQ or a meal of your choice catered for by the private chef with excellent sea views in the background. Also included on the roof terrace is a hot tub and pool table for your entertainment. 

This accommodation is not self catering. The concierge organises meals for the whole group with the private chef which are at an additional cost! The private chef can offer BBQs, buffets, tapas or any cuisine tailored to suit your group. We can also book you into a local restaurant of your choice (we do offer some local restaurant recommendations). You can opt for all inclusive package at an extra cost where all drinks and meals are included.

The concierge plans on organising 1 evening meal for the whole group catered by the private chef at the villa approximately every two days. Of course, if you prefer to be catered by the private chef every night of your holiday this can be organised and if you decide to get a takeaway one night from local pizzeria etc this is also possible.

All soft and alcoholic drinks are purchased through the concierge, if guests have preferences on soft and alcoholic drinks we can offer a package deal at a reasonable cost based on your preferences. Please contact us for more info and prices for drink packages and catering services. There is a standard food menu but guests can decide between the group on their own food menu for their stay.

The villa holds enough space to host up to 26 guests plus infants! Make sure to bring all your friends and family! 16 guests in bedrooms and we can host an extra 10 guests on sofa beds. The interior is fully equipped, boasts a private kitchen both accompanied by multiple dining areas and plenty of living areas for a day of rest plus TVs and many channels including UK channels. Most bedrooms hold a Nespresso machine, filled mini bars and toiletries.

Guests are welcome to purchase small snacks such as sandwiches, crisps etc from the local supermarket and guests can make small snacks for themselves in their private kitchen but only small snacks. The private kitchen is not big enough to cook meals for an entire group. The cooking and preparation of meals for the whole group is handled by the private chef and never by the guest.

The concierges (husband & wife) are very laid back and want guests to have a memorable stay. They have catered for many stag and hen groups as well as many families. They have witnessed and experienced how groups want to enjoy themselves on holiday, nothing is unusual to them.

For the concierges to offer the best possible service and for them to fully cater for your needs throughout your stay, the concierges live on-site. This is the key to their success in their personalised service, making sure guests have everything they need and keeping the place constantly clean and tidy, they have to live on-site to offer this service otherwise it would not work. However, they always give guests privacy and they do not stay at the property all the time. The villa is fully private for your group and no other guests will be staying at the property. We purposely go above and beyond for all guests to make your stay a memorable holiday and this is what makes this holiday villa unique and different from the rest.

The property is in a residential area, loud parties or music is not allowed after 10:00pm. Stag/hen/young groups will normally go to Playa De Las Americas nightlife strip at this time, where nightclubs are open to 6:00am.

The concierge will create a WhatsApp group a couple months before check in with the party leaders of the group to organise all catering requirements, any events, special occasions or excursions required etc. We like to get this organised in advanced before your check in date to make sure everything runs smoothly and your stay at Villa Paradise goes as planned.

Location

This villa is situated on the outskirts of Playa Paraiso very close to the Bahia Principe hotel. Within a couple of minutes walk from the villa are several small bars, restaurants and a mini market. It is approx a 15 minute walk to the centre of Playa Paraiso where you will find plenty of more bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, hotels etc and an attractive sandy beach. The local area features the brand new Hard Rock Hotel which is positioned in the centre of the resort. The hotel has many facilities such as a few fancy bars and restaurants including a rooftop bar that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The resort of Playa Paraiso does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. Busier areas of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 10 minute drive from the villa. The man-made beach at the Bahia Principe Hotel is within walking distance.  The unspoilt beach of El Puertito is also only 1 km away.
