Situated in a central location, you have everything including all amenities on your doorstep! 50 meters from the villa is the Plaza Del Duque Mall, this includes luxury stores, restaurants/cafes/supermarkets and much more. The Playa Del Duque golden sand beach and front line promenade is remarkably only 300 meters away from the property. Visit this popular beach and walk along the palm tree lined promenade which runs along the beaches of Playa Del Duque, Playa de Fanabe and Playa de Las Américas. Car hire is certainly not required when staying at this villa.

Date of stay: April 2025 Fantastic villa and host. Anthony was always on hand to answer and questions and provided us with good recommendations. The villa was perfect for 11 of us for a hen party. Villa was clean and there was plenty of space. Located in a quiet area but only a 10 min walk to lots of bars/ restaurants etc. highly recommend and would stay again.

Date of stay: November 2024 Amazing villa to stay in Costa Adeje, two popular tourist beaches right next to it, choices of restaurant and shopping malls all walking distance. I will recommend to anyone visiting Tenerife to stay here if they want value for money and to be close to all the action

Date of stay: July 2024 Anthony was a great host a nice guy helping us with everything we needed and also allowed us to use the courtesy room free of charge on checkout , really helped us that !! We will use again what a great villa in a great area!! Back home today and missing the place allready!!

Date of stay: January 2020 Didn't realise the villa had a roof terrace which was a great addition we all enjoyed a nice drink up there the villa was also located in a great location definitely felt we were in the centre of everything but it was also quite peaceful at the same time. There are alot of high end shops and restaurants near this villa as well wich was a great addition. The beach was very close aswell all in all a great holiday and we would definitely recommend.
