Boasts an architecture design of a newish build, the modern look carries on right through both inside and outside. Created with space in mind, we make sure our guests feel at home. In total there are two large living rooms, the main living room is connected to the kitchen and includes a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped so your mind can be at rest when cooking for the whole group. Panoramic patio doors are at both sides of the main living room, 1 set leading to a balcony and the other set leads to the pool terrace. All bedrooms are large, comfy and airy. A night’s sleep in peace and serenity is certain. 

The pool area is where time will be spent the most! Relaxing on the sun loungers with the sun shining and a view of the crystal clear water from your private heated pool. Fancy a dip? Cooling down in the swimming pool is a must when staying here. The exterior has several terraces, including terraces with comfortable seating areas, not forgetting the elegant upper terrace, this the perfect spot to sunbathe in peace away from the group. Looking to dine outside? Dining outside and making most of the weather is always a good idea, there is an adjustable sun shade available if needed for the outside and also a hot tub!

Situated in a central location, you have everything including all amenities on your doorstep! 50 meters from the villa is the Plaza Del Duque Mall, this includes luxury stores, restaurants/cafes/supermarkets and much more. The Playa Del Duque golden sand beach and front line promenade is remarkably only 300 meters away from the property. Visit this popular beach and walk along the palm tree lined promenade which runs along the beaches of Playa Del Duque, Playa de Fanabe and Playa de Las Américas. Car hire is certainly not required when staying at this villa.
