The Gran Sur shopping centre (centro commercial) has many shops, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, cinema and plenty of other amenities. The nearest beaches are Playa Del Duque, Fanabe and Puerto Colon all within 1.5 – 2 km of the property.
