This villa is situated  in the central area of Las Americas and only 400 meters from the beach. Immediately outside the property is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks and amusements arcades etc. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything that Las Americas has to offer. Although the villa is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet.
