This villa is located on the outskirts of the popular resort of Playa De Las Americas. The property is only 400 meters up from Siam Park & Siam Mall where you will find all local amenities and also please take note that Siam Mall is a well known and favored shopping center among tourists and residents of Tenerife. The villa is only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Playa De Las Americas & Costa Adeje where you will find most of what Tenerife has to offer. There is also the main Las Americas bus station approx 700 meters away from the villa.
