The garden is generously planted with a mature selection of tropical shrubs and trees, and offers a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool and a children’s pool, both heated during the winter months. A shaded porch to a brick built charcoal BBQ and an outdoor lounge seating area for your comfort; both provide relaxing open air dining options. The huge pool is lit up automatically for 3 hours every night. Both pools are professionally cleaned and hold many sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing. 

The large open plan living area / diner is furnished with 3 comfy Italian leather sofas and a large dinner table for up to 8 and direct access to the outdoor terrace. Lounge includes 60 inch TV with catch up, contains 60 channels: including BBC, ITV and Sky channels, 3 German channels Das Erste, ZDF and RTL, 1 Dutch channel BVN, 2 Swedish channels SVT 1 and 2, 2 Danish channels DR1 and 2, 2 Finnish channels YLE 1 and 2. The ground floor master bedroom is suitable for elderly and holds fitted wardrobes, an occasional table and two upholstered armchairs, and a bathtub, in the en suite bathroom. 

The master bedroom on the first floor boasts a study room with a writing desk and a modern chaise-longue. Adjoining the bedroom is a terrace with beautiful sea and mountain views,  equipped with sun loungers, parasol and a seating area. The kitchen/breakfast room features Siemens appliances with a two door fridge-freezer and a breakfast table for 6 guests. For your safety the villa contains 3 smoke detectors, one on each floor, and 4 fire extinguishers in total, 1 on the upper floor landing, 1 in the kitchen, and 2 on the lower floor; 1 by the studio apartment and other in the garage.

Two air conditioned double bedrooms with en suites are found on the first floor, both with fitted wardrobes and furnished with extra large single beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. The lower floor has a fully equipped studio apartment, with twin beds, kitchenette, bathroom and its own private entrance. A complimentary offering of coffee, sugar, tea, milk, orange juice and 5 ltrs of drinking water will be provided on arrival. Weekly housekeeping service included. You will be greeted by a member of the management team, friendly and knowledgeable, they will show you around the villa, give instructions on how to operate things such as the TV, safe, washing and drying machines. If any maintenance issues do arise; once reported these are dealt with promptly and professionally.

All linen is provided, including pool towels and bathrobes. Two cots and two highchairs are available free of charge. Electronic safes are fitted in both master bedrooms.

The meet and greets costs in normal office hours 9-5, are included in the rent.
No one wants to go out late in the evenings or at weekends so the staff have to be paid accordingly for the out of hours time.
We call it a late arrival fee, guests are usually happy to pay the surcharge as late flights are generally cheaper.
If the meet and greet is after 5pm there is a EUR 15.00/GBP15.00 surcharge which is the same as a Saturday up to 5.00pm.
If after midnight weekdays, after 5.00pm Saturday and all day Sunday the surcharge is EUR35.00./GBP35.00. Payable on arrival in cash

This villa is located in the very popular beautiful area of Costa Adeje. Within a 15 minute walk there is restaurant, a bar and a mini market. Only 2km from the villa is the huge Gran Sur shopping centre. The Gran Sur shopping centre (centro commercial) has many shops, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, cinema and plenty of other amenities. The nearest beaches are Playa Del Duque, Fanabe and Puerto Colon are all within 3 – 3.5 km of the property. Here you will find various activities available with numerous bars & restaurants, shops and arcades and plenty of other activities for you to explore. This is one of the most favoured destination for holiday makers in Tenerife. Siam Water Park is approx 3.5 km from the villa.
