PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Tenerife apartments offer you this well appointed 1 bedroom apartment on the popular unique complex of Lagos Fanabe. This frontline/beachfront complex is recommended for those seeking a central location with everything on your doorstep. Situated on the ground floor with access via 4 steps. The accommodation consists of an open planned kitchen and dining area with patio doors leading from the lounge to the balcony. The balcony has table and chairs with a pool view. The owner has embellished his property beautifully with tasteful furnishings and a desirable decor. Overall it is in immaculate condition.

The complex called “Lagos” which means lakes in English, gets its name from the unique style pools which run through the complex and alongside the apartments with a river lagoon effect. In total there are 3 swimming pools with one of them being heated. You have full use of all the complex facilities such as communal pool, jacuzzi, free sun loungers, roof terrace with “beach cabana” style beds, bar, restaurant, games room and gym.

This tenerife apartments is situated in the heart of Fanabe with everything on your doorstep! Just meters from the frontline complex is the popular promenade which runs along the beaches of Playa de Fanabe/Playa Del Duque/Puerto Colon/Playa de las Americas/Los Cristianos, where you will find various activities available and for you to enjoy the spectacular beaches. Also located on the Fanabe promenade is the shopping centre, Fanabe beach, numerous bars & restaurants, shops and arcades etc. The shopping centre holds many different shops and stores for you to explore. This is one of the most favored destination for holiday makers in Tenerife.

The price quoted below is for 4 guests plus infant. We accept any day changeover on this apartment for any duration. Cots and high chairs can be supplied upon request free of charge.

Date of stay: January 2020 My husband and I stayed in this apartment for a week of winter sun . We were met by the owner, who was a lovely man, he was very welcoming, showed us around and answering any questions we had. He even left us a welcome bottle of wine. There is excellent Wi-Fi and British TV. There everything you need, even a safe. The bed is memory foam and so comfortable and the shower is lush. The complex is well kept and very nice. It's in a perfect spot a few minutes walk from the beach and numerous restaurants and bars but once inside the complex its so quiet and peaceful. There are 3 pools,1 of which is heated, a sun terrace and we never had any trouble getting a sunbed. We would definitely stay again.

Date of stay: January 2020 Husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Complex was beautiful, lovely swimming pools very well maintained with well kept garden areas. Apartment was spotless, a nice size and comfortable furniture plus TV gets UK channels. Kitchen was equipped and we cooked meals with no trouble. We had everthing on our doorstep, we walked up and down the promenades into different bays great location. For us the complex was something special and we thought it was excellent value for money.

Date of stay: November 2019 recently returned from a 2 week stay at this apartment and we had a fantastic time! complex is on the front at fanabe beach, you have everything nearby, the apartment was in excellent condition, great pool view from balcony, don't need to hire a car, there was a heated pool and jacuzzi in the complex, recommend visiting local "restruante la tosca" very nice and fanabe beach is gold sand with lots to do around you.

Date of stay: April 2019 Looking to stay here again for later in the year kidies enjoyed it lots to do in the area the accommodation was clean and overall well appointed the owner who met us on arrival was friendly and knew the area well told us about some lovely restaurants that were spot on.... thx a lot
