We are pleased to offer this FRONT LINE 1 bedroom apartment on Club Villamar complex located just meters from the sea. The balcony is positioned just above the Playa De Las Americas promenade and is so close you can hear the waves breaking against the rocks. This well appointed apartment is convenient for those seeking a central location with all shops, bars, restaurants etc right on your doorstep. Situated on the 1st floor with access via a lift we regard this as disabled friendly.
The accommodation is in immaculate condition with fashionable furnishings and fully decorated with style. The comfortable lounge/diner has patio doors leading to the balcony with unbeatable sea views and views of the beach. The spacious balcony has sun loungers with mattresses and a dining area to give you the opportunity to have lunch while watching the boats sail past. The bedroom is large in size and the bathroom is fully tiled.
The front line complex has a huge gated heated communal pool with children pool set within an attractive lawned garden area. There is also a large sun terrace which offers free sun loungers with parasols and shaded areas including a pool table. From this terrace with its elevated position it gives you a beautiful view down the Tenerifes coastline.
The manager of this property lives nearby. He is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout.
This 1 bedroom apartment is situated on Club Villamar complex in Las Americas. The sandy beach and Marina are just metres from the complex and offers a large selection of excursions and water sports. Immediately outside the complex is the large number of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, banks, and amusements arcades and lively entertainment if required. Everything that you need in this busy area is on your doorstep. During the night the many bars, restaurants and nightlife comes alive with everything the area has to offer. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet.

Date of stay: October 2018 Our 2nd time to Tenerife this year and this time without the kiddies!! we loved the look of the view from the photos so we thought we book it. Glad we did I wanted to post a review for this place because we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the accomdation was top notch. The apartment was spotles all furniture is in squeaky clean condition and overal it was just great. Balcony is in ideal spot we like to cook ourselves instead of eating out that's why hotels don't appeal to us and was nice having lunch with glass of wine in the sun. Hope to return soon im sure we will hubby likes the area.
Date of stay; April 2018 The garden and pool were ideal for families with small children - very safe and enclosed. In addition, the pool was heated which meant the children were warm enough to stay in for ages. It really improved the standard of their swimming!
