Further down the hallway is the kitchen and it brings you out to the spacious lounge/diner. The kitchen area consists of: oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, breakfast bar for 2 and everything you would need in a sophisticated holiday home.

The large comfortable lounge area has a 3 seater sofa, 2 chairs with cushions and a TV with DVD and UK terrestrial channels. Dining area has tables & chairs for 4 people and this room also has air conditioning. Lounge/diner has patio doors leading to its own private balcony, positioned in a particular exceptional spot it offers views of the pool area/complex and partial sea views. Although the complex is in a busy area, it is remarkably quiet. There are two Communal heated pools during the months of November to March.
