This villa offers plenty of outdoor space to make the most of the year-round hot climate. Relax and soak up the sunshine on the sun lounges, take refreshing dips in the heated pool and enjoy BBQ days on the terrace.
The villa spans across 2 levels and includes a stylish décor and is fully equipped throughout. Home cooked meals can be prepared in the large modern kitchen with an adjacent dining area. Mornings and evenings can be spent in the spacious lounge, reclining in comfort on the L shaped sofa watching TV with UK channels available.
A marble staircase leads you to the upstairs that holds all 3 bedrooms, an ensuite and a family bathroom. The master bedroom includes a balcony overlooking the pool terrace with beautiful sea views creating picturesque sunsets. The bedrooms include comfortable beds and fitted wardrobes.
This villa is situated in the calm peaceful area of Puerto Santiago which is about 2 km from Los Gigantes. This is one of the most tranquil and exclusive resorts on the island of Tenerife. There are a couple of bars, restaurants and a large supermarket within a 300 metres from the villa. You have a newly built (2016) Mercadona supermarket which is the spanish equivalent to Tescos etc. This large supermarket is only meters from the villa which is very handy to have. The villa itself is on the edge of the resort and just a 20 minute walk to the sandy beach and main area of Puerto Santiago where you will find a large number of shops, banks, bars, restaurants etc. If you are looking for a location away from the more busier popular areas of Los Cristianos/Las Americas/Costa Adeje than this accommodation is perfect for you. Costa Adeje is only 20 minutes drive from the villa and Los Cristianos/Las Americas is a 25/30 minute drive.
There are stunning views across the bay to the island of La Gomera which rises majestically from the twinkling ocean like some romantic fairy castle. The magnificent Los Gigantes cliffs soar away down the coast beyond the village harbour helping create a sheltered year-round climate.

Date of stay: July 2025 The size and layout of the villa is excellent, as was the communication with the host and owner - both super helpful and available! There are loads of plus points such as the closeness of the supermarke for supplies,, the private pool and the rooms that had air-conditioning were very welcome. Its a great base and we had a great time.

Date of stay: December 2023 After some initial issues, which made the house feel very unloved, which Andra, the property’s manager, sorted with speed, professionalism and care, the property was great. Andra is a real asset and someone who is reliable, thoughtful and kind. Thank you for all your assistance. Not in the listing but there is a Nespresso coffee machine and loads of beach towels. Big tick for both! The lounge and patio/pool area are lovely and the outdoor pool table an added bonus. There is AC in the lounge, dining area and master bedroom. A very enjoyable stay and I hope we can return soon.
Date of stay: November 2023 The villa is in a great location only 2 minutes from the supermarket and has a lovely sea view from the balcony of the main bedroom. The villa is well equipped with good outdoor space.
Date of stay: May 2023 We have just returned from a lovely week at Villa Verde. Easy check in process, clean and modern Villa which is maintained well. Close to two supermarkets (walking distance), though a car is useful for getting around and to nearby towns. Would definitely return to this villa!
Date of stay: February 2023 Love this villa. It has all the mod cons and is spacious ,light and airy. The views of the Atlantic and the evening sunsets over the distant island of La Gomera are fantastic. The nearby modern Mercadona supermarket only 50 yds away is very convenient. You dont have to do large shopping trips. Just nip over for fresh daily produce. The pool was lovely and warm and cleaned regularly.
