Tenerife Villas Online offers this unique 7 bedroom villa with private gated heated pool, football pitch, pool table, child friendly, wheelchair friendly plus a games room with pool table, air hockey and darts.  This villa is wheelchair friendly and comes with a ground floor twin bedroom with en suite suitable for persons with disabilities. This modern villa is situated in a quiet residential area and is not overlooked. This is designed for those that don’t want to venture out because you have it all there and have that relaxing holiday. This villa has been recently refurbished and the furnishings are of a high standard. There are sea views with this villa.

Villa Callao is on three floors. Ground floor has a wheelchair friendly bedroom and en suite with disabled facilities including a wet room. The large lounge offers a large TV  with a corner suite sofa and patio doors that lead to the pool terrace. Please note there is a small step to separate the lounge from the dining area. The dining area has matching table and leather chairs for 8. The open planned large modern kitchen has granite work tops and fully equipped with everything one could wish for.  This Villa has been modified in certain areas to accommodate wheelchair users.

Air conditioning in the villa and apartment is available at an extra £150 per week, please arrange this with the person who meets and greets you at the property when you check in and pay the £150 fee to them in cash (we do not organise this).

The 1st floor level you have a further 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 & 2 have balconies overlooking the pool and sea views. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, chest of drawers etc. There is also a family bathroom on this level. Adjacent to the villa inside the grounds is a superb games room with full size pool table, air hockey and electronic darts.

Down the internal staircase is the separate 2 bedroom apartment which sleeps another 4 guests. The apartment includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge/diner and kitchen. There is also set of patio doors which lead to the exterior of the property. This is a prominent feature that clients love to have especially for those that would like to have some privacy from the rest of the group.

The outside of the villa is unique and has many features. Sun beds for 10, several sets of patio furniture. Astro turf football pitch which is enclosed with netting, darts etc. The outside living area includes purpose made BBQ area with its own bar including fridge and sink plus plenty of seating. The 12 x 4 heated pool area is fenced off and has non slip tiles around the pool so is very child friendly.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao. 

This accommodation is 600 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
