Make yourself at home in this tranquil 4 bedroom holiday villa with a private heated pool in Callao Salvaje, Costa Adeje. Designed in a classic traditional style, this villa offers space and comfort throughout and is a great choice for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Tenerife.

Guests can cook and prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, from quick breakfasts to full family dinners with the group. Kick back and relax in the living room after a fun day in the sun, featuring cosy sofas and TV with all UK channels – here you can unwind and watch popular TV shows. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms to ensure a restful night’s sleep and 3 bathrooms, the villa boasts plenty of space and privacy for everyone. In total, the villa can sleep up to 10 guests plus infants in cots. 

Step outside onto the serene pool terrace and make the most of the all year round sunshine. The main feature is the private heated pool, perfect for refreshing dips and warm swims. We invite guests to grab a book or playlist and chill pool-side while soaking up the sun on a sun lounger. Enjoy meals outside on the terrace, where a BBQ and outdoor dining table set the scene for memorable moments. 

​As you can see in photos this villa is average standard and is not luxury, it’s not recommended for those seeking high quality accommodation. However, considering its location, distance to the coast, it has a private heated pool, size of the property and number of bedrooms – the accommodation is good value for money.

Location

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao. 

This accommodation is 600 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
