The villa and the pool terrace is situated all on one level, although there are 7 steps from the road into the villa itself. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, iron with board and everything you could expect and more from a holiday villa.

The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater sofas and a beautiful dining table with 8 leather chairs. This room has a Smart 40 inch LCD TV with USB point and offers all UK channels including Sky movies, Sky Sports, childrens TV, live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets and catch up plus much more. The lounge and diner has two sets of patio doors leading to the pool terrace. There are 4 fans at the accommodation to keep you cool.

Bedroom 1 is large in size and has king size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite with shower. Bedroom 2 has king size bed, wardrobes plus patio doors leading to the pool terrace plus en suite with shower etc. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes plus en suite with bathroom with shower attachment. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms are large and have either ceiling or free standing fans. A safe is installed at the villa. There is also a separate 4th shower room with WC. This villa also includes pool/beach towels, hair dryer, cool box for those visits to the beach and alarm clock radio.

The 8.5 x 3.5 meter private heated pool (totally refurbished in May 2019) has stylish Roman steps for easy access and is surrounded by a large terrace with artificial grass 8 mattress type sunbeds, parasols and a large pergola for shade with table and chairs for 8, also a large BBQ and outside shower is there for your enjoyment. The terrace is totally private and is not overlooked. There are splendid views of mountains from this terrace. 

This villa is fully alarmed with an easy to use system, giving you the added security protection and peace of mind, so you can relax and enjoy your stay even more.

This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a good standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, don’t forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao. 

This accommodation is 300 meters from the center of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort has a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
