There is a separate Dining room area leading from kitchen. The Lounge has three sofas, large screen TV, TV with English Channels, Also channels in Spanish and German, DVD Players, music System, plus Patio windows leading onto the front pool terrace. The master Bedrom has king size bed, fitted wardrobes, safe and ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with bath with shower fitting. Second Bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and free standing fan. Third Bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and free standing fan and en suite shower room. There is also a Separate Bathroom. There are electric sun shutters throught the villa. The outside consists of a terrace area with loungers, patio furniture and sun umbrella. The shaped heated Pool (in winter months) is 8 mtrs x 4.7 mtrs, max. depth 1.4 mtrs, with ladder access. You enter this area via a few steps from the villa. You enter the optional 3 bedroom basement level apartment from the outside terrace via a few steps.This apartment includes three bedroom with 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fan and wardrobe, one twin bedroom with wardrobes and ceiling fans. Separate bathroom with shower. There is an opened planned fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and washing machine plus the normal items you come to expect. The lounge has two leather settees and large plasma screen TV with a Sky satellite system, Astra, Dubai and all English Channels!!. The apartment exterior has a terrace with patio dining table and chairs. Safe. Whatever you decide to book, you will have complete use to yourselves, you will NOT share with other people.
This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.
This apartment is located on the south west coast of Tenerife in a peaceful resort called Callao Salvaje. Callao Salvaje is situated directly in front of the island of La Gomera and offers magnificent views especially at sunrise/sunset. The resort also has a new beautiful man made beach which was completed in 2012, it has its own little jetty which is very good for fishing, snorkelling etc. The apartment is in the centre of Callao Salvaje in a good position where you will find hotels, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, taxi rank, bus stops, pharmacy, doctors, cafes, bakery, butchers, tennis courts and football pitches etc. This resort does have some fantastic restaurants which are well known over the island, it also has late night bars with entertainment. Callao Salvaje is only a 10 minute drive or 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama aswell are only a short drive away.
