This level also provides bedroom 1 with twin beds, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the sun terrace. There is also separate shower room next to the bedroom with a shower cubicle. The 1st floor consists of bedrooms 2 and 3 both with en suites. Bedroom two has a double bed, air conditioning,fitted wardrobes and balcony overlooking the terrace with sea views. The en suite has a bath with shower attachment. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning plus patio doors leading to a balcony with sea views. The en suite has a shower cubicle. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have superb fitted wardrobes. All En Suites consist of showers, handbasins and WC. There is also a safe installed for your private use. Wifi is available at an additional charge of £20 per week. Please note, Air conditioning is only available between the months of May and September.
The outside of the villa has stunning sea views. The lawned terrace has 6 sun loungers with mattresses for you to use and an outdoor shower. There is outside seating under a shaded pergola with a stylish table and chairs for 6 people. The private heated pool is only heated in the winter months end October to end of April to a 28 Degrees in temperature. The pool is 8m x 3.5m in size and is 1.00 to 1.40 m in depth and has roman steps to walk into. There is also a BBQ for your enjoyment. There is a private drive at the front of the villa for those that hire a car. This remarkable villa is everything you want and more and is very good value for money. All linen and towels are provided.
This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a good standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.
This villa is located in Costa Adeje close to the quaint fishing village of La Caleta close to Playa Del Duque. This area in recent years has seen a boom in 5 star hotel builds and luxury private developments. It certainly is an attractive upmarket area…. the beautiful harbour and fishing village of La Caleta has been relatively untouched. Here you can wander along the seafront passing the many quality restaurants and taking in the fabulous scenery.
Truly a fantastic location for all your needs and with the added bonus of lovely views. The nearest large supermarket is Hiper Trebol which is a 15 minute walk away, approx 1km from the villa. Across the road from this supermarket is multiple shops plus a taxi rank so you can hop in a taxi into areas such as Las Americas & Los Cristianos etc if you wish (you can also order a taxi from the villa). The villa is also approx 2 km to the coast where you will find all front line amenities including beaches, bars, restaurants, shops etc. Car hire is not essential however we do recommend it.
