There are several steps leading to the property, the villa itself is all on one level and you enter into the large open planned living area with a vaulted ceiling. The open plan space includes a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. Both bedrooms hold wardrobe space and have the same size beds: 2 single beds which can be put together to make a king size.
The exterior offers amazing views from its elevated position of the south of Tenerife, including sea views and views of the island of La Gomera in the distance. There are plenty of sun loungers available and a BBQ with various seating areas to chill out. Enjoy “alfresco” style dining under the shaded pergola area. The shaded pergola is from the roof of the villa which has been extended outwards towards the pool. There is a large 8 x 3 meter private pool with roman style steps and a depth from 1.2 – 1.4 meters.
This villa is positioned in a secure hillside private development with a gated entrance. The location is set within an oasis of palm trees and tropical plants, the grounds are filled with traditional Canarian gardens and combined with picturesque views. This is the alternative side of Tenerife, sheer peacefulness and the only noise you hear is the gentle sound of birds chirping.
This a remarkable location that boasts endless sea views from your hillside position and views looking down on the beautiful landscape across the south of Tenerife. We invite you to experience and admire the scenery and explore the gardens. This development is 2km from local amenities including a taxi rank, bus stop, 3 large supermarkets (including a Lidl), bars, restaurants and shops (less than a 5 minute car journey). The Siam Park, Aqualand and beaches in Costa Adeje are 5 km from the development. Due to the rural location of the property, car hire is required.

Date of stay: June 2025 Our first visit to Tenerife and so pleased that we chose this villa in a lovely peaceful location. It was modern, well-appointed and fully functional. The garden makes it so peaceful and the views were breathtaking.

Date of stay: February 2019 Beautiful home in a beautiful area the villa was clean when arived we was show how to use equipment etc the views from terrace are unreal it has a great outlook of the sea the complex is only made up of 7-8 properties and there all spread out so it was peaceful and relaxing its good value for money in the end, the accomodation is modern immaculate and simply stunning.
Date of stay: November 2018 we recently returned home from a blinding stay here we was chuffed with the villa. It set in pretty gardens surprisngly green and has got a special feel to it, the inside is immaculate the furnishings are modern we had small issiue with opening front door it was quite stiff but straight away the manager came round and changed the locks there and then we couldnt believe it probably only needed some wd-40! We are easy going people and overall it was just perfect for us we hired a car and there was 3 large supermarkets nearby including a Lidl its only 3-4 mins drive so we went here to get our bits and bobs to stock the fridge up. Carlos the owner is a top man was really helpful and knew the area well told us about some canarian restaruants where the food was unreal . We recomend this part of Tenerife we hope to return one day.
Date of stay; January 2018 We had a brilliant holiday. The villa has everything you need and is well maintained and very clean. Property manager was very helpful and told us some nice local restaurants to go to. From start to finish we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves no problems at all. Thank you.
