The villa is situated all on one level and is very suitable for wheelchair users. You can enter the property through the front side door however the main entrance is via the villa’s  private terrace. The terrace consists of stunning views of the sea, 180 degree views of the south of Tenerife and a purpose made BBQ, sun loungers, tables & chairs for outside dining and a shaded pergola. The terrace also contains lovely ceramic tiles and artificial grass.

From the private terrace you have patio doors leading into the villa which brings you into the stylish lounge with a L shape sofa and a 42 inch flat screen TV. Through the lounge into the kitchen where you will also find the dining area. The kitchen area contains: oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fitted with lovely granite work surfaces, tables and chairs for 4 and everything you would need in a sophisticated home. Also in the accommodation is 1 heater for winter time if needed.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds with fitted wardrobes and an open plan en suite with a large bath unit. Bedroom 2 has twin beds with fitted wardrobes and an en suite with a shower cubicle. The 5th guest will sleep on a z-bed. The villa has a communal pool surrounded by artificial grass, plenty of sun loungers, shaded pergola area with seating and access to unique garden areas.
