This villa is very unique compared to others on our website. Most bedrooms hold a Nespresso machine, filled mini bars and toiletries.

Holds enough space to host up to 26 guests plus infants! Make sure to bring all your friends and family! 16 guests in bedrooms and the accommodation benefits from independent living throughout with 5 living rooms in total we can host an extra 10 guests on sofa beds. The interior is fully equipped and boasts 2 kitchens both accompanied with dining areas and plenty of living areas for a day of rest plus TVs and many channels including UK channels. 

Upon entry to the grounds you will be truly awe-struck by the wow factor of this place. Very spacious both inside and outside, the terrace holds a huge private heated pool with plenty of patio furniture. Designed with a touch of elegance, the outdoors perfectly blends the beautiful gardens with the modern architecture of the property. The roof terrace is the perfect place to gather the group for an evening and enjoy a BBQ or a meal of your choice catered for by the private chef with excellent sea views in the background. Also included on the roof terrace is a hot tub and pool table for your entertainment. 

This villa is similar to a boutique hotel where a personalised service is the main selling point. For the concierges to offer the best possible service and for them to fully cater for your needs throughout your stay, the concierges (husband & wife) live on-site. However, they always give guests privacy and they do not stay at the property all the time. The villa is fully private for your group and no other guests will be staying at the property. The concierges purposely go above and beyond for all guests to make your stay a memorable holiday and this is what makes this holiday villa unique and different from the rest.

Location

This villa is situated on the outskirts of Playa Paraiso very close to the Bahia Principe hotel. Within a couple of minutes walk from the villa are several small bars, restaurants and a mini market. It is approx a 15 minute walk to the centre of Playa Paraiso where you will find plenty of more bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, banks, hotels etc and an attractive sandy beach. The local area features the brand new Hard Rock Hotel which is positioned in the centre of the resort. The hotel has many facilities such as a few fancy bars and restaurants including a rooftop bar that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The resort of Playa Paraiso does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. Busier areas of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 10 minute drive from the villa. The man-made beach at the Bahia Principe Hotel is within walking distance.  The unspoilt beach of El Puertito is also only 1 km away.
