The main 6 bedroom villa spans across 2 levels, the ground floor holds spacious living areas with dining table and comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The upper level holds a further 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace with sea views and views overlooking the property grounds. All bedrooms are spacious, fitted with wardrobes, fans and comfortable beds.
Combining quaint character with elegance, the exterior has been created for relaxation and comfort. Includes multiple chill out areas for guests to unwind, have fun and make the most of the year round sunshine. Relax on a sun lounger beside the private pool under the adjustable shaded pergola or explore the beautifully maintained gardens and tranquil corners throughout the property. The outdoor dining area with BBQ creates the perfect setting for al fresco evenings, the exterior transforms into a magical setting when illuminated at night.
The additional annexes are located in the property grounds but with separate private entrances from the main villa. The property is only rented privately to a single group at a time. If the annexes are not required for your stay, they will remain locked and will not be used by anyone else during your booking. Private parking for multiple cars is available at the property.

Also holds its very own beach club/complex which adjoins the beach itself and is fantastic to have on your doorstep. The Hard Rock has become a very popular destination and you are welcome to use some of their facilities, charges may apply. Returning guests have told us they’ve had 1 or 2 great days/evenings spent at the hotel on their feedback to us. The resort of Playa Paraiso does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. Busier areas of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are a 10 minute drive from the villa.

Much more than we expected! Close enough to a selection of bars/restaurants and shops! Highly recommend & we hope to return in the future!

Date of stay: January 2024 We stayed in the property for a week in January/early Feb. The villa itself was perfect, clean, enough room for all our 11 guests and the pool was great. Location is ideal and quiet but a car is suggested for easy access. The town itself is a short 10min walk away which has everything and Susie and the owner were more than helpful during our stay. Would defiantly look to come back again in the future.
Date of stay: July 2023 Villa Las Palmeras was fantastic, this is the first time we had stayed in a villa so we were unsure what to expect, but it exceeded all expectations!!! The garden and pool area are so nice, plenty of room for our family to play football and run around and also lots of sun loungers for us to relax. The villa is very spacious so we weren’t on top of each other, 3 large bedrooms upstairs, 3 smaller rooms downstairs, we also had one annex around the back which was quite secluded but this was perfect for the teenage boys to have their own space. Lovely large balcony spaces, one with a sea and pool view. Fans in every room, kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/crockery for a large group. Short walk down to the local town with shops/restaurants gravel path but we found it ok and plenty of taxis available in town to bring shopping back or go further afield. We would definitely stay here again!
