The fully equipped modern kitchen, here you have a dream kitchen to cook and entertain as much as you like. Completely stocked with cooking needs, including a large selection of pots, pans, serving dishes etc and all cutlery.

In house games room is an excellent facility to have and will help keep those younger ones quiet, a full-sized pool table and a lounge area for hanging out on the sofa with a large TV for movie nights. This is the ultimate hangout space for friends and family.Lots of places to eat outdoors with various dining areas, upper terrace includes shaded pergola with TV, perfect for recline in comfort and appreciate the amazing sea and mountain views.

Nothing is more soothing than relaxing on the extravagant pool terrace and enjoying your very own private heated pool or a dip in the hot tub. The effect of the palms and the plants create a very natural feel. Positioned in the sun throughout the day, why not unwind on the many sun loungers and top up your tan! Parasol and adjustable sun shade is provided if required.

Wheelchair users access the villa through the garage and there is an elevator on this level which can access all floors inside the villa.

The villa is located in the most exclusive resort in Tenerife, the beautiful Playa Del Duque in the Costa Adeje area. Situated in a central location, you have everything including all amenities on your doorstep! 50 meters from the villa is the Plaza Del Duque Mall, this includes luxury stores, restaurants/cafes/supermarkets and much more. The Playa Del Duque golden sand beach and front line promenade is remarkably only 300 meters away from the property. Visit this popular beach and walk along the palm tree lined promenade which runs along the beaches of Playa Del Duque, Playa de Fanabe and Playa de Las Américas. Car hire is certainly not required when staying at this villa.

Date of stay: May 2025 A great house! We were 6 adults and 3 children aged 5, 4 and 2. A lovely swimming pool and jaccusi and overwhelming how big the house is.

Date of stay: March 2025 Incredible!! This property was everything we could have dreamt of. We booked this villa as party of 5 couples and 3 babies on our babies first holiday together and it was the perfect property. Walking distance to all amenities, the beach and restaurants a short walk away and the babies personal highlights, the stunning pool and hot tub. Anthony was the perfect host, who made check in seamless and was incredibly accommodating to help us have a later check out. A perfect family escape 10/10.

Date of stay: December 2024 Anthony was the perfect host. He couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful. The villa is superbly equipped and he provided lots of useful items for our young children which helped make our stay relaxing. We had a fantastic week!

Date of stay: July 2024 Villa Martina was an excellent villa located close to the Duque Plaza at Costa Adeje and all amenities. The villa was excellent and ideal for our multigenerational family of ten. Excellent pool, the games room enjoyed by teenage grandchildren and comfortable bedrooms. All led to an excellent holiday.

Date of stay: July 2020 This villa is just stunning inside and out. The family absolutely enjoyed it even though there wasn't a lot open, we spent most of our time in the villa and we had an absolute blast. There was a pool table which kept us and the kiddies very entertained. Villa was very clean, looked brand new and had all the necessary items we needed. It is also really close to restaurants, bars and only a short walk to the local beach.
