This stunning villa consists of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms have modern en-suites, adorned with beautiful decor and sleek modern lights. The bedrooms are cozy and assembled to ensure that you rest and recharge every moment within.

The modern kitchen consists of granite worktops and appliances to make meal preparation a wonderful experience. The open plan contemporary style living room is adorned with a comfortable L shaped sofa, but you may opt to use the sleek chairs that are in the area to catch up on local and international news, favorite TV shows or a movie. There is a separate downstairs living area with a large sofa and there really is no need to worry about the stairs because this villa has an internal elevator.

When it comes to relaxation, the terrace with a private heated pool is just the spot for you. Within this area, you can truly unwind and enjoy a glass of wine or beer. There is also an outdoor dining table with shaded pergola and sun loungers so there really is no need for you to stay locked up inside, since much fun can be had outside. Beautiful palm trees and gardens align this property enhancing the beauty that it brings.

The Playa Del Duque golden sand beach and front line promenade is remarkably only 300 meters away from the property. Visit this popular beach and walk along the palm tree lined promenade which runs along the beaches of Playa Del Duque, Playa de Fanabe and Playa de Las Américas. Car hire is certainly not required when staying at this villa.
