This beautiful villa is an excellent choice to enjoy a holiday in Tenerife. In total there are 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, two of which are en-suite, a living area and fully equipped kitchen. Outside there is a private heated swimming pool with sea views, a decked sunbathing area and tropical garden to enjoy a barbecue with your family or friends.

Access to the property is via 20 steps, after these steps the accommodation is conveniently all on one level. Fully equipped throughout and spacious indoor and outdoor living spaces, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The 4th bedroom is separate from the main villa and is accessed via its own private entrance which is located directly beside the swimming pool, excellent for groups looking for privacy and allowing certain guests to have their own space.

Location

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao. 

This accommodation is 700 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
