A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Tenerife, ground floor and modern, well equipped and spacious. The property is situated all on one level and has stunning frontline sea views, its has been tastefully decorated with complimenting furnishings and has the bonus of air conditioning in bedroom 1.

The large lounge has a cosy sofa with 40 inch TV and offering UK channels and the modern kitchen is fully equipped throughout. The lounge offers ceiling fans and has large patio doors with shutters leading to your own private sun terrace. The private terrace has a shaded pergola with patio furniture for outdoor living. The terrace is close enough to here the waves and is facing out to sea with splendid views. Also this apartment has free fibre optic wifi.

This apartment is maintained on a regular basis to a good standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao. 

This accommodation is 400 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a small public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
