Stunning Villa really enjoyed our stay (6 adults 2 kids) Emma was great we had one problem with the boiler it was sorted in less than 24 hours – nothing anyone could have predicted just one of those things! Location was great it’s an up hill walk home but totally manageable. The apartment access isn’t through the Villa which was fine for us as we were 2 families. Felt really safe and secure throughout our stay. Would definitely revisit and definitely recommend. We also booked airport transfers with Tenerife Villas – great service no issues. The only slightly confusing thing at first was the name of the Villa it’s not Villa Princess on the address but no big deal Emma provided the address and also a taxi number so we could call for pick ups!
