Tenerife Villas Online offers this large detached private 6 bedroom 5 bathroom villa including separate annex, large gated heated pool, pool table, ping pong, several terraces, children’s play area, and beautiful sea views from the roof sun terrace.

Enter the main villa via a few steps. On the ground floor you will find kitchen, lounge/diner, bedroom 4 & 5, bathroom. There are two sets of patio doors from the lounge/diner leading to a private balcony with table and chairs and views over the front of the property. The fully fitted kitchen has all the items that you would expect from the property of this standard including a balcony with table and chairs plus a couple of steps leading to the pool terrace.

Go down the modern chrome/glass staircase onto the lower level. Here you will find another kitchen and bedrooms 1-3 all with en suites. This amazing villa includes ceiling or free standing fans in all rooms. The separate 1 bedroom studio apartments holds twin beds, bathroom, kitchen area and lounge area. This studio has large patio doors overlooking the pool. Another outbuilding you will find the large utility room with washing machine and other laundry extras.

The exterior of this amazing villa has several terraces all with tables and chairs. Another terrace consists of fitted roofed pergola with table chairs for 14 guests with a purpose built BBQ area, perfect for al fresco style of dining. There is also an outside staircase which leads to the roof terrace offering spectacular views of the resort and ocean. You can park several cars directly outside the villa.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

This villa is located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife, just 25km from Tenerife South airport. We offer many villas in Callao Salvaje to rent, the area has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation, rejuvenation and in general offers an experience like no other that you will remember for a lifetime. Car hire is not required when staying at this resort, it offers all that is needed to have an enjoyable holiday. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the centre of Callao Salvaje where you will find all amenities such as an abundance of bars and restaurants, several supermarkets, shops, cafes, a beach, taxi rank, bus stop (with a regular bus service into the major resorts), a bakery, hotels, church, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, children’s mini park, gymnasiums etc.

The resort also offers spa facilities and sport activities with tennis courts, football pitch, padel tennis and pitch & putt. There are some admirable restaurants in the area to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are only a short drive away.
