Discover this beautiful 5 bedroom villa in Callao Salvaje. This villa offers each and everything one needs to make some wonderful holiday memories. Embellished with tasteful furnishings, stylish decor and enough space to accommodate 12 guests. The villa is situated on 4 levels.

Ground level holds the entrance hall leading into the main living area where you will find the kitchen, diner, lounge and bedroom 5. On level 1 you will find bedrooms 1-3. When staying at this villa a good nights sleep is guaranteed! We are sure you will wake up feeling restored and recharged ready for fun in the sun or to simply unwind and be thankful for the life you are living. Level 2 holds the large bedroom 4 and the lower level you will find the utility room.

We invite you to laze on the sun loungers by the poolside, bask in the all year round sunshine and indulge in the surrounding scenery including sea views, very different from your usual day at home! Fancy a dip? Why not cool down in the private heated pool, here the children can have their holiday fun they deserve. 

Looking to dine outside? the villa boasts an outside dining area under the shaded pergola with BBQ here you can enjoy your freshly cooked meals or even a takeaway from a nearby restaurant. To the rear of the villa is another shaded pergola with patio furniture and a ping pong table to make your stay even more enjoyable.

The spacious property has the added advantage of being disabled friendly with a purpose built entrance for wheelchair users. We will not let anything get in the way when staying at our beautiful villa! We have purposely made the property wheelchair accessible throughout the villa, including the main ground floor area, pool terrace and outdoor dining terrace. Bedroom 5 on the ground floor has a single bed or we can hire a bed to suit your requirements and this room also holds enough space to maneuver a wheelchair. The bathroom benefits from an open wheel in shower, disabled toilet and sink. We also have a nearby carer sofa bed for all night supervision if necessary.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

This villa is located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in Costa Adeje on the south west coast of Tenerife, just 25km from Tenerife South airport. We offer many villas in Callao Salvaje to rent, the area has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation, rejuvenation and in general offers an experience like no other that you will remember for a lifetime. Car hire is not required when staying at this resort, it offers all that is needed to have an enjoyable holiday. The villa is less than a 5 minute walk to the centre of Callao Salvaje where you will find all amenities such as an abundance of bars and restaurants, several supermarkets, shops, cafes, a beach, taxi rank, bus stop (with a regular bus service into the major resorts), a bakery, hotels, church, pharmacy, doctors, dentist, children’s mini park, gymnasiums etc.

The resort also offers spa facilities and sport activities with tennis courts, football pitch, padel tennis and pitch & putt. There are some admirable restaurants in the area to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are only a short drive away.
