This villa is newly built in 2019 and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, including a fully-equipped kitchen ready for the MasterChef’s touch. Lots of windows and glass surfaces make our villa very bright, with plenty of healthy, natural light. Recline in comfort, relax and soak up the picturesque views of the sea provided by the living room. The large TV screen only offers Local TV stations and some foreign channels.

When you decide to take a break and relax, you can do so in our 3 bedrooms equipped with twin beds and great quality linen, pillows and mattress so you can enjoy a pleasant nights sleep. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, while the other bathroom is accessible from the living room.

The separate downstairs apartment is accessed externally via a staircase from the pool terrace, includes bedroom, kitchen/living area and its own bathroom! all the amenities for independent living.

Take a stroll through our colourful garden to the outdoor dining area with a purpose built BBQ area surrounded by an oasis of tropical plants. This villa is positioned in a secure private development with a gated entrance. The location is set within an oasis of palm trees and tropical plants that run through the development, combined with picturesque views. This is the alternative side of Tenerife, sheer peacefulness and the only noise you hear is an opera of birdsong tumbling through the air. The Siam Park, Aqualand and beaches at Costa Adeje are 5 km from the development. Due to the rural location of the property, car hire is recommended.
