Tenerife Villas Online offer you this attractive detached 2 Bedroom Villa located in Callao Salvaje. This beautiful property has been furnished to a high standard throughout and is in immaculate condition. Positioned in a quiet location however it is only 300 meters to all local amenities and plenty of bars & restaurants etc.

You enter the property via a couple of steps however the villa itself is situated all on 1 level. The kitchen area consists of oven/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle, fitted with granite work surfaces plus everything you would need in a sophisticated home. The large lounge/dining area contains a 3 & 2 seater leather sofa, fibre optic wifi, tables & chairs, ceiling fans, 2 sets of patio doors leading to terrace and 50 inch flatscreen TV which offers all UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, children TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets and catch up etc plus DVD and CD player.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, patio doors to terrace and a fully tiled en suite with bath & shower attachment. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan and a fully tiled en suite with shower cubicle. There is a safe installed for your private use.

The superb exterior to the property contains a wonderful private heated pool with roman style steps which is 8 x 3 meters in size and a depth of 0.90 – 1.30 meters. Surrounding the swimming pool are 4 sun loungers, tables and chairs for “al fresco” style of dining with optional sun shade, BBQ and an outside shower. Location

Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao. 

This accommodation is 200 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.

Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
