As you walk into the villa, the wow factor will immediately hit you! A fully equipped kitchen and a cosy lounge with sofas, a TV and a stylish décor. All bedrooms throughout are bright and spacious. The exterior of this unique property includes a roman stepped L shaped swimming pool with sun loungers and is solar heated during the winter months (mid October – April). Enjoy alfresco dining outside on the terrace with your friends and family! Guests can appreciate lovely views across the surrounding golf course and out towards the sea, adding to the property’s attractive and tranquil setting.
The property boasts a large outside space, surrounded by gardens filled with palm trees and tropical plants, creating a peaceful and relaxing setting. There is plenty of room for guests to unwind, sunbathe or enjoy time together in the fresh air.
Located in Amarilla Golf, within walking distance there are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets. A 10 minute stroll along the coast will bring you to the new marina where there are some lovely sea front restaurants, bars and shops. Golf del Sur is just a couple of minutes drive away where there are plenty more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 15 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulness of the resort of Amarilla Golf.

Date of stay: January 2026 Travelled as a family of 12. Villa very spacious. Pool area has ample sun beds, tables and chairs. BBQ available. Grassed area for children to play. Very well equipped kitchen and ample room for eating indoors if required. Living room very comfortable if you wish to watch television. Very handy having a washing machine. 5 minute walk to local bar which serves food until 9.pm. A further 5 minute walk a variety of restaurants. Chinese, Indian,Steak house. Supermarket within walking distance. Great for golfers
Date of stay: January 2024 Very easy from the moment we got there no issue's with the Villa and even though there was 12 of us staying there was still plenty of space for people to just relax and didn't feel crowed at all. very much enjoyed are stay at the villa and would stay again if we where to come back to Tenerife

Date of stay: January 2020 This property in simply stunning and equipped with everything that you could possibly need for your family holiday. We were blown away with the size of outside space, including the pool which is the largest private pool we've come across in 20+ years of renting. The position of the Villa is second to none, stunning views across the golf course and to watch the sunrise and sunset. Our hosts were amazing, nothing was too much trouble and communication was on point. I would have no hesitation in recommending this first class accommodation for anyone who enjoys the finer luxuries in life. First class rental ... we will be back for sure!

Date of stay; December 2015 A delightful property which was in a great location and very convenient for the airport. Everything about the villa was perfect and just as described, whilst we had a minor problem during our week, the local representative Marcos was fantastic in getting it resolved quickly and without any inconvenience. Highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a convenient and comfortable environment with extensive facilities. Pool was great, kitchen facilities and space were more than adequate. Overall, could not find anything about the villa that disappointed us Would love to return some time again.
Date of stay; September 2015 Stunning villa with first class furnishings and plenty of room. Garden area was huge and beautifully landscaped with stunning views over the golf course to the sea. Lovely heated pool - probably the largest I have seen. Nice, quiet area less than a 5 min walk to the marina with all its bar and restaurants. Further nightlife can be found nearby if required. Would highly recommend the villa and hope to return again. One of the best I have stayed in.
