Beautiful villa is for those that want that extra quality for their holiday accommodation. This villa is a splendid 4 bedroom which has been furnished to the highest quality throughout with Private heated pool, brand new pool table, ping pong.

This beautiful detached villa has been furbished to a high standard throughout. This property includes brand new stylish and upmarket furniture. The villa is situated on 3 levels. The ground floor has a huge Lounge/diner, separate pool room with sofas, kitchen. The beautiful kitchen has granite work surfaces, breakfast bar with stools, dishwasher, washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board and all the cooking utensils you would expect from a villa of this quality. The comfortable air conditioned lounge/diner has a beautiful sofas and a dining table with 6 chairs.  There is another large pool room with full size pool table, darts and a magnificent 4 seater sofa.

Up stylish marble staircase to the first floor. Here you will find the 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has king size bed with its own balcony looking over the pool terrace and views of the ocean there is also a large en suite with bath and shower attachment. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and en suite with shower cubicle plus his and hers sinks..  Bedroom 3 is huge and has twin beds plus balcony. Bedroom 4 has twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and are superbly furnished and fitted wardrobes. Also on this level is a family shower room with a walk in shower. On the lower level is the garage with full size ping pong table.

The exterior of this fabulous villa has a 10 x 5 metre heated pool (winter months) plus an outside shower. There is a number of quality sofas and chairs for the outdoor living, quality sun loungers with mattresses. There is a shaded area from the villa again with quality furniture.

This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise.

Location

This Villa is situated on the quiet sought after area of Fanabe. Within a few minutes walk from the villa is the Gran Sur shopping centre where there are several small bars, restaurants, many shops and large supermarket. The main resort of Playa De Las Americas is nearby. The sandy beaches are a 20 minute walk from the villa. There is a small supermarket and several cafes within a 2 minute walk from the villa.

The resort is a 5 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some exquisite restaurants. The taxi rank and bus stop is nearby. The Costa Adeje golf course complex is only a 10 minute drive away.
