Unwind, get away, enjoy this beautiful villa where the sun is always shining and the picturesque views are never ending.

The inside of the villa is air-conditioned for extra hot days, making it easy to relax however you feel. The lush open plan living space holds large glass patio doors to let in as much natural light as possible, two sofa’s and a 52 inch TV with international channels are available if you feel like reclining in comfort and watching TV. Includes a fully equipped kitchen if you’re up for some home cooking and don’t forget about the BBQ outside!

Two bedrooms hold patio doors leading to elevated terrace, enjoy the alfresco air, and take in the gorgeous views of the mountains and ocean, nothing is obstructing you from all the natural beauty available.

The real gem of this villa, is the stunning terrace. Come outside and relax at the private heated pool or take a dip in the jacuzzi! your personal spa in paradise. The terrace includes outdoor dining space under a shaded pergola, sun loungers and parasols ready for your use. Whether you want to take a sunbath or read a book in peace under the shade, you’re free to with magnificent scenery in front of you.

The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the swimming pool.

LOCATION

This villa is located in the very popular beautiful area of Costa Adeje. Within a 15 minute walk there is restaurant, a bar and a mini market. Only 2km from the villa is the huge Gran Sur shopping centre. The Gran Sur shopping centre (centro commercial) has many shops, a large supermarket, bars, restaurants, banks, cinema and plenty of other amenities. The nearest beaches are Playa Del Duque, Fanabe and Puerto Colon are all within 3 – 3.5 km of the property. Here you will find various activities available with numerous bars & restaurants, shops and arcades and plenty of other activities for you to explore. This is one of the most favoured destination for holiday makers in Tenerife. Siam Water Park is approx 3.5 km from the villa.

Date of stay: February 2026 Great Villa with lovely views. Heated Pool and Jacuzzi were brilliant with a really good temperature. Arrival instructions were concise and clear with KeyBox easily accessible. All facilities are as described. The TV was great.The A/ C works really well. Nice covered outside seating area and also sun loungers for the pool area. Outside Pool table was nice addition. Closest One supermarket is 2 minutes drive, the SuperDino is 5 minutes drive.Loads of restaurants at Playa Fanabe 10 minutes drive away. Contacted Owner about a couple of small issues and was contacted back immediately and everything sorted straight away ; very impressed. Own car is not essential but makes life really easy. Did a 2hour Dolphin/ Whale watching tour with Royal Delfin at Puerto Colon. Saw loads of dolphins and pilot whales. Did the Cable Car up Mount Teide. You need to book on the official website a few days before.Car parking there can be a problem, so the advice we had was arrive before 11-00 or after 2-00pm. We got there at 2-30 for a 3-20 booked cable car and had no trouble. Siam water park is absolutely amazing but if you can afford it get the fast pass as well. There were some long queues on a few rides otherwise. Overall great holiday in a great Villa.

Date of stay: August 2025 Met our expectations for the perfect family holiday. Taxi's can be a little tricky to come by if looking to head out anywhere but easier for return. Pool/Terrace area was heaven. :-)

Date of stay: December 2023 We returned to Tenerife again and this time staying at this amazing villa - its fully equipped, 8 of us in total, plenty of crockery and cutlery, TV had uk channels, fresh clean linen and comfy mattresses. The pool terrace had enough sun loungers for every guest, private pool was heated (nice and warm). Excellent location close proximity to the hustle and bustle.

Date of stay: January 2023 Great villa! The view is sensational. We stayed here in winter so the heated pool was very pleasant. The terrace is very large and the covered part is very cozy. 3 of the 4 bedrooms also have this fantastic view. There is even a small roof terrace. Sun is (in winter) from 10am until sunset on the terrace. (charcoal)grill is there. The area is very good and very quiet!

Date of stay: December 2022 Tolle Villa! Der Blick ist sensationell. Wir waren im Winter hier, so dass der geheizte Pool sehr angenehm war. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und der überdachte Teil ist ausgesprochen gemütlich. 3 der 4 Schlafzimmer haben ebenfalls diesen fantastischen Blick. Es gibt sogar noch eine kleine Dachterrasse. Sonne ist (im Winter) von 10 Uhr morgens bis zum Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse. (Holzkohle-)Grill ist vorhanden. Die Gegend ist sehr gut und sehr ruhig! Man sollte mit Auto anreisen, weil man schon ein Stück den Berg rauf wohnt.
