This unique property is situated in a hillside location but is only 1.5 km from the town of Adeje and 4-5km from the nearest beach at Costa Adeje. There are local restaurants, bars and large supermarkets etc nearby less than 2 km from the villa. The water parks of Siam park and Aqua land are just 5 km away. Car hire is recommended at this villa.
