This villa is located in the popular resort of Playa De Las Americas. Recommended for those looking for a central location with everything on your doorstep and car hire is not required. The property is 200 meters up from the Costa Adeje Hospital and meters from the Siam Park, Aqua Land and the new Siam Mall. The San Eugenio shopping centre and strip where you will find all local amenities such as many bars, restaurants, shops etc is only a short walk away from the villa approx 400 meters. It is roughly 1 km to local beaches in Playa De Las Americas and Puerto Colon. The main Las Americas bus station is also only 200 meters away from the villa. This area is very popular due to being quite central.
